What is the purpose of this Privacy Notice?
Your privacy is very important to us. The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to explain who we are, the Personal Data we collect, how we collect it and how we use it. In summary we use the minimum amount of Personal Data that allows us to market and supply our services.
What kind of Personal Data do we collect?
The Personal Data we collect is restricted to your name, your company address, your company email address, your company telephone number and, if you provide it, your mobile telephone number. Our website uses Google Analytics, which collects information including your IP address, your computer’s operating system type, your browser type, how you navigated to / from our website (for example directly, via a search engine or via a link on someone else’s website), the time of your visit and the pages you visited. We use this information to help us to understand how people use our website. Google Analytics places cookies on your device(s), these are small text files which allow your browser to remember that that you have visited previously and any preferences you have made. Where do we collect Personal Data from?
We collect Personal Data from a number of sources: (1) information provided by you at trade shows and events; (2) information provided to us by your company; (3) information that you supply to us either in person, by telephone, by email or via the contact form on our website and (4) resulting from your use of our website.

Yes, in addition to the sources mentioned above, we also collect Information from (1) lists of company data provided by GDPR-compliant suppliers; (2) social media such as LinkedIn® and (3) credit referencing agencies.

We use your Personal Data for six specific purposes: (1) for the legitimate purpose of business to business marketing; (2) to perform any contract that we have entered into with you; (3) maintaining our contact with you once any contracted deliverables have been supplied; (4) to perform pre-contract activities if we are mutually working towards services to you; (5) to respond to specific requests that you make via telephone, email or our website; (6) to periodically send you newsletters if you have consented to the receipt of such.

If you have entered into a contract with us for the delivery of goods or services, we will retain your Personal Data for a period of six years after our last contact. Otherwise, we will delete your Personal Data five years after our last contact or attempted contact with you.
What are your rights in relation to the Personal Data that we hold?
Subject to any applicable laws, you have the right: (1) to request access to, erasure or rectification of your Personal Data; (2) to ask us to restrict the Processing of your Personal Data; (3) to object to us Processing your Personal Data on specific grounds; (4) to request portability of your Personal Data; and (5) to object to us using your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes.
